We also install all these boilers to the manufactures instructions and maintain a high level of installation standards.

Our boilers are registered and commissioned when installed and not fyp to gas save. We provide a wide range of cover to protect all heating systems and boilers for breakdown and faulty parts.

BOILER MANUFACTURERS

JSB plumbing are Approved Service Agents for many leading boiler manufacturers who set the standard for repairs on their boilers. Some manufacturers use direct labour to carry out repair work on their products and others choose to use a network of agencies or a combination of both.

 

When an appliance is under warranty we are required to attend to the job within 24 hours of receiving notification. We are expected to send an engineer with knowledge of the appliance and also carrying all major components in his vehicle in order to achieve a high first visit fix rate.

Gas

As CORGI approved contractors , JSB plumbing can repair and maintain all components of domestic heating
equipment. Manufacturers of equipment retain our services to act as their "service agents" to carry out
warranty repairs on their behalf.

Service contracts:

JSB offer extremely competitive annual service and maintenance agreements which include an annual servicing of all appliances and visit to ensure the continued safe working of your appliance to its optimum efficiency. This provides customers with complete peace of mind, knowing that in the event of any subsequent breakdown, we will repair appliances at no additional cost and at times convenient to you

JSB Plumbing offer maintenance services to many exisiting housing associations, property factors and letting agents in and around the Edinburgh and Lothian areas. This includes all aspects of annual checks/certificates for private
landlords from "gas safety Landlord certificates" to annual "PAT testing" of the electrical appliances to full "H.M.O. certification for multiple occupancy dwellings".

Energy saving:

Another service available to our customers is an inspection and report of your current system and controls to offer
advise on upgrades to optimise efficiency, from fitting of thermostatic radiator valves to fully optimised electronic controllers to enhance system operation. On this same theme our engineers can carry out combustion analysis tests to assess individual boiler performance enabling fine-tuning to again ensure optimum use of our fuel resources
and the protection of our environment.
